Diagnostic/Troubleshooting/Service work is by appointment only.
Before you visit us, please review the following steps.
- Register your QSC product(s) (Required for warranty claims)

- Model#
- Serial# (Image preferred)
- Description of issue (Video optional)
- Copy of receipt (Required for warranty claims)
After submission
- Our QSC service team will reach out to schedule a drop-off time
- During drop-off
- Sign drop-off form (Required)
- Full payment for services (Out of warranty work)
Please note
- All QSC service work must be approved and scheduled before visiting the store.
- We do not accept unscheduled items.
- Product registration must be completed before visiting the store.
- All out-of-warranty work must be paid in full before service is performed.
