NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY
For Local Pickup Orders
If you purchased an item online for local pickup, please refer to our IN-STORE PURCHASE AND LOCAL PICKUP RETURN POLICY for return guidelines.
Return Period: There is a seven (7) day return period from the date of the transaction under the following conditions:
- Merchandise must be resealable as new, in original condition and packaging.
- Returns involving free/gift items: all items listed on the invoice must be included.
- Some items are non-returnable. See NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS below.
To request a return, please contact us within the return period at orders@easymusiccenter.com.
*Days are counted as calendar days, not including the date of delivery. For example, for an order delivered on July 1st, the return period is through July 8th. The day of delivery is based on the carrier tracking information.
Return Shipping & Refund Details
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Orders with free shipping: refunds will be reduced by the actual shipping cost we incurred.
- Orders with a shipping charge: refunds may be adjusted based on the actual shipping cost.
Exchanging a Defective Item within the Return Period
If you received a defective† product, please retain all shipment packaging and email orders@easymusiccenter.com within the return period.
- Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos or videos showing or demonstrating the defect.
- We will provide a prepaid return label, so you don’t have to pay for shipping.
- Once we receive and evaluate the return:
- If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will send you a replacement at no charge.
- If the item is determined not to be defective, the return will fall under our regular return eligibility, shipping, and refund policies.
†A product is considered defective when it is not performing as the manufacturer intended and/or is displaying irregular behavior. Products are not considered defective for issues or failures due to misapplication, misuse, damage, or abuse.
After the Return Period
If you experience any issues after our return period, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly for warranty support.
Problem with Your Shipment?
Please retain all shipment packaging and email us at orders@easymusiccenter.com within 24 hours of delivery (based on carrier tracking information) if:
- Your shipment is incorrect for any reason.
- Your product was damaged during shipping.
- You did not receive your shipment.
- Please note: customers assume all responsibility for lost, stolen, or missing packages once the carrier marks the shipment as delivered.
Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any photos or video, if applicable (especially for damages).
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Due to the high shipping costs, items shipped internationally are not eligible for return. If your item arrives damaged or broken, please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos or video of the damage within five (5) days of delivery (based on carrier tracking information).
IN-STORE PURCHASE AND LOCAL PICKUP RETURN POLICY
For Shipped Online Orders
For shipped online purchases, please refer to our ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY for return guidelines.
Return Period: There is a seven (7) day return period from the date of the transaction under the following conditions:
- All returns require an original receipt.
- Items must be physically returned to the store.
- Merchandise must be resalable as new, in original condition and packaging.
- Factory-sealed merchandise must be unopened. The factory seal must be unbroken.
- Returns involving free/gift items: all items listed on the invoice must be included.
- Some items are non-returnable. See NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS below.
In-Store Refund Details
- Refunds will only be issued using the same method as the original payment.
- Returns made using a gift receipt can be exchanged for store credit only.
Exchanging a Defective Item within the Return Period
If you purchased a defective† product in-store or through local pickup, please retain all packaging and bring it to the store within the return period.
- Easy Music staff will evaluate the product and must be able to verify and document the product defect.
- Products determined to be defective within the return period will be exchanged for the exact same model only.
- Easy Music staff will verify that the replacement product is not defective when conducting an exchange.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to health concerns and other factors, the following items cannot be returned (ALL SALES FINAL):
• Microphones • Headphones • Earbuds • Mouthpieces • Ligatures • Reeds • Any orally-operated equipment or instruments • Hand-Percussion Heads • Books • DVDs • Software • Items containing software or software licensing • Gift cards • Special orders • Used items • Clearance items • Factory sealed merchandise (if seal is opened or broken) • Modified Instruments
Instruments with any modifications, including, but not limited to, pickup installations, lowering action below factory specifications, and converting right-handed instruments to left-handed are ALL SALES FINAL.
Factory-sealed merchandise cannot be returned once the seal is opened/broken.
