Band & Orchestra Rentals

We currently offer long-term rental agreements for the following instruments: flutes, clarinets, trumpets, horns, trombones, baritones, alto saxophones, tenor saxophones, violins, violas, and cellos.

Requirements

• Renter is required to provide a valid VISA or Mastercard credit card to use as collateral for the rental. Prepaid and Debit cards are not acceptable. The cardholder's name must be on the card, the card must be signed, and the cardholder must be present to sign the rental contract.
• The cardholder must provide a valid, government issued photo ID containing their signature.
• Deposit will be refunded upon safe and timely return of the rental equipment to the cardholder. The original credit card and cardholder must be present.
• All rentals require a photo ID and deposit. Deposits must be paid with a credit card. We accept no other payment methods for the deposit. Deposit will be refunded upon safe and timely return of the rental equipment.
• Rentals may be picked up any time between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday.
• Rental fees will be automatically charged to the credit card on file each month until the rental is returned to Easy Music Center.
• Rental fees cover maintenance and normal wear and tear. Damage caused by carelessness or abuse is not covered and will be repaired at the renter's expense.
• An optional Instrument Replacement Plan is available for an additional fee. This covers the instrument in the event of loss, theft or irreparable damage.
• The individual signing and picking up the instrument, must also be the one to return and sign off for the rental.
• Rentals can be returned any time between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday.
• We do not offer partial refunds for rentals returned before the scheduled end date.
• Rentals must be picked up in-store. Delivers are not available.
