Combining a carved solid spruce top with solid maple back and sides, the MD305 delivers classic acoustic resonance, punchy treble attack, and the percussive "chop" desired for bluegrass, folk, and ensemble performance. Finished in a smooth satin coat, it offers pro-level hand-built quality at an accessible price point.
