SHIPPING COSTS
Free Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping is available to all U.S. addresses for qualifying orders of $50 and up. This service typically takes 3 to 10 business days for delivery. To offer free shipping, we select the most economical carrier for your order, which may vary.
Need It Faster?
If you have a specific deadline, we strongly recommend selecting an expedited shipping option during checkout.
Exclusions & Order Changes
Some items may not be eligible for free shipping. If an item in your order does not qualify, we will notify you after the order is placed.
Once an order is confirmed, the shipping method cannot be changed. If you need to make an adjustment, please contact us immediately so we can cancel your original order and help you create a new one.
SHIPPING POLICY
Free shipping is available to most US addresses for qualifying orders of $50 and up. Some items may not be eligible for free shipping. If we are not able to offer you free shipping, you will be notified after the order is received.
For shipping addresses outside of Hawaii, we ask that you select a shipping method during checkout. The free shipping method is determined by Easy Music Center. If you have any shipping limitations (P.O. Box, has to be FedEx, etc.), please mention it in the notes of your order. We will try to accommodate your needs, but if the method you choose incurs a larger cost than our normal free shipping method, we will contact you about an upcharge.
Once your order is placed, we are unable to change the method of delivery. Please contact us immediately if you want this option changed. We will need to cancel your original order and email you a new invoice
LOCAL PICKUP
Local Pickup is only available for qualifying orders of $25 and up.
The cardholder is designated as the person authorized to pick up the order. You will need a valid photo ID to receive your order.
You must select “Local Pickup - Cardholder Must Be Present With ID” in order to get this option.
Once your order is placed, we are unable to change the method of delivery. Please contact us immediately if you want this option changed. We will need to cancel your original order and email you a new invoice.
Any order that is not picked up within 72 hours will be canceled and refunded. Please contact us if you are unable to pick you up your order within that time frame.
